How quickly do you reply to messages?
We respond within a few hours during business hours. If you reach us on a weekend, expect a reply on Monday. No bots, no delays.
Can I ask about a product before I buy?
Absolutely. Send us a message with the product name and what you'd like to know. We'll tell you exactly how it wears, how it lasts, and who it might suit.
Do you offer in-person consultations?
Right now we operate online only. But we'll walk you through scent notes, ingredients, and application tips over email or chat so you can choose with confidence.
What if I have a problem with my order?
